The companies culture is good even one can opportunity to try get experience of other departments. Jobs are secured until some one try to do many mistakes or work against company policy.

Dislikes

Dana group does not pay salary on time even they hold salary of staff more than some months.

Other facilities and policies of companies are really best. Every employee is taken care by company very nicely.

Dislikes

Managers and subordinates in accounts department are not cooperative except very few. No recognition for your work even if you do something good.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
