The companies culture is good even one can opportunity to try get experience of other departments. Jobs are secured until some one try to do many mistakes or work against company policy.

Other facilities and policies of companies are really best. Every employee is taken care by company very nicely.

Dislikes

Managers and subordinates in accounts department are not cooperative except very few. No recognition for your work even if you do something good.
