ALL COLLEAGUE ARE VERY AMIABLE AND FRIENDLY , SYSTEM IS GOOD, SENIORS BEHEVIOUR IS EXCELENT TILL NOW.

Working time period is very long i.e. almost 13 hour, location of posting is not good (one should get posting at nearest site to his home)

Management is having an outlook for change and adopting new technologies.

Dislikes

It was running unstructured way and employees were not accountable for their job. Everyone is in the habit of working directly with the Directors. Proper evaluation is not done of employees.
