very bad work culture. no support at all in pandemic situation, instead they made life more miserable by holding the salaries and laid off as well from job without any advance notice or information, infact informed a month later that your services has been terminated from last month itself. Now even after 5 months dues are not cleared yet.

Everything no culture, no management support, owner's bad behaviour towards employees, no life balance

Whenever you got an offer from this company, my personal suggestion is pls read all the points carefully in your offer letter. And also take all the details in written. On final day of your job, make sure to collect your full and final amount on same day otherwise they can give tou zero.

This is really the good company with supporting teammates and seniors. If your are hard working your job is secure and will get growth and appraisal along with traveling with no politics but lots of learning in good environment.
