It's a good company for some one who is at beginning stage of their career and also for some who likes to learn different technologies quickly n keep working hard.. but if we talk about work life balance and company benefits I would rate 1/5

A very competitive environment to work with. Can find more strategies to learn from team members Like senior employees but not from the management.

Dislikes

Yes there is no proper training and guidence and work pressure is high. And no transportation for female candidates who leaves office at late nights.
