All dislikes. Cannot like a fraud company with manipulative motives. Should have given a zero rating but there's is no option. 5 ratings or even 4 ratings what you see here are given by the worthless HR people.

No job security, Not safe for women employees, no salary on time, harassing work environment, no promotion, there no appraisal as well, no work-life balance etc....you just name it....don't join this company...it will destroy your career. You won't even get paid here. People are rude and make your life hell....they are sitting here with 10-15 years of experience and do nothing.

There are no likes. It's a fraud company. No salary on time. In fact, in some cases there is no salary at all. HR people are worst. Don't go by the 4/5 ratings shown here. These are all done by the HR department. My 6 months salary is still not paid. They take interview of the people to collect their personal information to commit fraudulent activities. Don't accept their interview calls

Interview process is comparatively easy. Salary on time. 5 days working. Work environment is good

They don't have good projects. They picked up rejected projects from world If you are not on client billable projects your work life balance is poor. You get lot of work pressure. Appraisal is not good

The bosses often don't communicate well with the team members who are new or less experienced. They also struggle with managing how the work is done. In this situation, the younger team members and developers have to handle most of the important work in the projects. Even though the bosses and more experience leaders are supposed to manage how things are organized and gather what the client needs, the main responsibility falls on the developers. They not only create the apps but also have to find out what the client want. If things don't get done on time or if there are problems with clients, the bosses usually don't know much about the technical side of things and often talk without a good reason. The work environment is pretty tough woth a lot of work to do, no fixed hours, and no appreciation for the hard work the team does.
