Interview process is comparatively easy. Salary on time. 5 days working. Work environment is good

They don't have good projects. They picked up rejected projects from world If you are not on client billable projects your work life balance is poor. You get lot of work pressure. Appraisal is not good

Salary always comes on timely manner.

Dislikes

The bosses often don't communicate well with the team members who are new or less experienced. They also struggle with managing how the work is done. In this situation, the younger team members and developers have to handle most of the important work in the projects. Even though the bosses and more experience leaders are supposed to manage how things are organized and gather what the client needs, the main responsibility falls on the developers. They not only create the apps but also have to find out what the client want. If things don't get done on time or if there are problems with clients, the bosses usually don't know much about the technical side of things and often talk without a good reason. The work environment is pretty tough woth a lot of work to do, no fixed hours, and no appreciation for the hard work the team does.

Owners of the company are the only good things in this organisation.

Dislikes

...rrent delivery manager under whom the whole team is working is very rude person. Delivery Manager wants us to work day and night with minimum salary, least appraisal,no work life balance and micro management of everything.

I join the company as a fresher in the power platform team and I have learned alot from the company although the salary is low but the people here is very helpful they are given us the chance for the growth.

...ndly work culture. - Can have Flextime, based on manager you are working under. - Good compensation and Salary - One of the manager I work with is very supportive and understanding. - Great Facilities.

Dislikes

Well, you experience depends on who is the manager in your team. It can be amazing, it can be terrible. I worked in 2 teams under 2 different managers, and the experience was a polar opposite in both scenarios. The following points are purely based on the negative experience I had due to one of the managers, and there are one or 2 points that I have added that I personally believe are negative about Damco Solutions overall. - Sometimes have to do forced overtime, without compensation. - I joined in as a fresher, instead of getting a chance to work on technology, which I liked and wanted to truly base my career upon, I was forced to take up a technology that I hate to work on. This has had a drastic negative impact on my career goals, making it a lot harder to do what I want to achieve in future. - Now this point is a lot more manager specific, so experience might very based on who you work under. But the manager I worked under in one of the projects I was assigned to, was... let's just say... hard to work with. - Learning opportunities can be very slim, depending on you career goals. - We are forced to fill the timesheet based on project allocation, not based on actual hours we spent on the project. This discourages transparency and does not acknowledge the actual efforts that employee has put on the work.
