Flexibility in work,no extra work pressure, salary on time,job security

Dislikes

Management doesn't address our issues,lots of politics,3 months notice period, bonus given by company deducted from salary, whole pf deducted from salary

My own opinion with Dainik Bhaskar Power Ltd is average because lack of transparency in management's and working culture is not competitive.Here you can not see the team work,its just like one man army😔
