There is a lot of politicas and the management dosent address our issues. Salary is decent but career is slow. There is bond of 2 year's and 3 months before which I resigned.on the job training is not given to new joiners. That's why I resigned my job.

...ompany to work in professional environment. Result oriented person can go high . This company is a good pay master and salary is credited on time. Good promotion scope is there for right persons. HR policies are very good and employee friendly.

Politics is prevalent. Not a good place for excuse making persons.

DB Corp is an employee friendly organization whose focus is to develop its employer for long term association. The organisation imbibes a sense of ownership among its team members and pushes them to perform thru training and innovative practices

Salary packages need to be redefined and restructured to attract the best talent from the job market.

They do take care of there employees by taking review by hr team pays high salary and extra perks which fulfils the basic needs of the employees family

Dislikes

Politics politics and politics no support from Tls or Category Heads for there own team,some TLs gives mental harrasment to their team and blames them for not achieving the targets for saving there jobs.

That was give time for work and complete work in working hours. No force for complete work today but you fill that complete work than go home. Very familiar Atmosphere. Very kind natural of senior staff. Supportive HR team and staff also.

Dislikes

Due to centralization some work to transfer to head office than some staff remove form company or give them low salary hike than employees left job themself. So, that was job risk seen in this firm.
