Operation is one of the very challenging job to coordinate with all others departments like Editorial, Finance, Advertisement, Production, Supply chain etc as well as market of distribution network.

All are good except salary part as per job profile.

Operation is one of the challenging job in print media.75% my job profile is sales ( Circulation ) & distribution through agency network & 25% is coordination work with other departments. Experience is very good.

Also, some people do as they please, due to which lower level employees face a lot of problems.
