Poor work load allocation, low salary for lower cadres, Groupism with middle managers, Technical team leads do not know their work, Only presentations encouraged no real work seen Leaders do not have vision and so members have to run like herds

This is a company where you have lots of work but very less amount of pressure. So work life balance is very good. Value of an employee is very high in this company. It's really a great place to work in India.

Dislikes

Only one negative point is that the salary hike per year will be less when compared to other companies of same segment.

However talented you are, the company doesn't pay you or raise you up. Youngsters please avoid this company, might be oldies can enjoy her doing nothing and delegating everything to youngsters but getting paid 3-4 times higher.
