... cool. You can ask for work from home permanently too. Employees are supportive. Salary comes on time. They will provide every usual benefits like PF, Medical, Internet bills. When it comes to work im not much satisfied coz I didn't get much exposure, I didn't find any innovation, personal growth isn't there. Overall it's a good company, Branded, you will get WFH (best quality until Corona goes).

When it comes to work there's not much personal growth, you might feel lazy since work is very monotonous and there's no innovation. You might feel unheard sometime. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
