...nagers are horrible and also you can’t take off even the company off or holiday. Our pay decided by GM not by your performance. If employees do work till 2AM after that you need to came in morning

The most demotivating part is during promotions and appraisals when management fails to recognize or appreciate the hard work, especially when it matters the most.
