I cannot feel to like in dada motors commercial department.

Dislikes

Sales staff not good with new joining staff. They go to doing wrong us and blaiming to his juniors. So thats ywhy m living job from dada motors I hv very bad experience with senior staff. But only one person gv me good support our GM great man. I cannot bring my December incentive from dada motors and January's seventeen days pending.

Very good Tata Motors delership in Noth India. 2n largest Tata selling dealer in north. Excellent working place for all new comers of commercial vehicle segments. Owner Mr. Suraj Dada is a very nice person in about all areas.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
