Poor work environment, specially in Newai unit. Stupid guys had working hare in top management or OC grade level during my service period. Some are working presently here. Abuses language is a common way of talking.

No job security.. You can be transferred or loose your job at the will of managers... No refreshment facility during long working hours.. Career growth and salary increment poorest.. Terrible canteen food

company gives a start up for fresher and opportunities to learn to grow in own field and a high package in starting after that you will hardly get increment here and tax policy of nepal is so bad about which lesser person are know due to which candidate stuck in package greed. no rehiring policy here.

no increment, no proper training, unnecessary work pressure, bad working culture, no initiation by employee and many more.

Timely salary is in account. No problem for going on leave.

Salary pakage need to raise according to inflation. No Bus service for employees. Management behaviour is not good for staff employees,doing partiality. HR staff is very poor,there behaviour is very poor with other employees.
