Extremely Top heavy, Saab culture that cannot be changed for a old organisation like Dabur. This has created toxic workplace with people blaming and passing the buck everywhere. Only outcome for this is more attritional

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

It is worst company I have seen. Staff is not educated and toxic work culture . I suggest everyone please don't use this company's product and it's don't work for it . This company

Timely salary is in account. No problem for going on leave.

Salary pakage need to raise according to inflation. No Bus service for employees. Management behaviour is not good for staff employees,doing partiality. HR staff is very poor,there behaviour is very poor with other employees.
