Don't pay salary properly the date the company provides is the 5th of every month but if that day falls on a weekend they won't bother to release payment a day earlier, many of us have loans emi suffer because of these ppl. Force you to sign 1-year agreement & keep all original copies with them. There's no safety if our documents get destroyed they will say some dumb reason Apprisal is also favourable they will not give ppl who are hardworking only those who do buttering will benefit PF amount will be deducted from our salary but they will not pay to us once in 5 months they will contribute for 2 months & remaining money vanished Lots od rules like school kids don't go here, there & shouldn't talk with other team members nor have group discussion..phones also not allowed but senior management will use phones for personal reasons No work from home is given to employees according to company policy but senior management company policy will change

Treating employee like slave when the candidate signed for 1 year agreement with the company, they'll take all original documents and they won't give you back whatever the situation it could be, if you needed the certificates in between your agreement means you should be ready to pay in lacs to company be aware of the company before getting join i recommend for everyone don't waste your precious 1 year time with this company
