Dislikes

Policies are of early 2000’s. Is not up to standards of a Bangalore company in 2023. Location is the worst. Upper management does not want to update themselves and change the company policies, so the employees are leaving. Smart employees will not keep themselves here when there are 100x better companies with better offerings and policies. 3 month’s notice period and they stop treating you nicely and does not provide flexible with leaves or policies in notice period.

1. Worst office location with bad cafeteria, inadequate parking space, inaccessible location, unsafe area 2. Management is weak 3. Half salaries during the 3 months notice period 4. Rigid policies with respect to leaves, WFH, etc. 5. Ego-centric top management 6. Poor planning of projects
