There is nothing to like in Cyperts. There is no job security. After 2 months the boss will tell you your performance is not as per expectations so we won't pay you the salary of two months. Pathetic company.

Dislikes

There is nothing good in this company.No growth. They don't pay the employees on time and people left the company because they don't get the salary. In one month there are 8 people who left the company.The boss don't have plan for project. You have to do work for any profile. When one employee is absent you have to do their work evenif it is not your profile. If anyone wants to join this company, join at your own risk.
