...s ready to join because there location is tier 3 town nobody want to come there. Salary they are giving is very low only 8k per month if get salary after 6 months till then you work free there training is very terrible they give you work from the day first. There HR's attitude will become one of sole reason for the downfall of the company one day.

It's is bad company for work it's not a IT company it's a thela chaap company and the CEO of this company very bad and abuse to all daily and or yeh jo reviews ek do upper acche hai vo pawas ke chele hai unhone daale to krapaya yaha Naa aye warna life kharab ho jayegi , bheso ka baada hai yeh.

Isme sb dislike hi hai kuch like hai hi nahi hai aapko joining ke naam par fashate hai or salary 4000 dete hai bus or Dara Dara kr kaam lete hai or gaali dete hai

...rom my side because director misbehaves with employee. There is no job security. there is no EPF process, the did not provide salary slip to employee. Company do not have even the own washroom. It depends on public washroom. Very small working place. Lots of politics are there/

Their is no job training so you will on your own Salary delays mostly you get salary in cash aroung 15 to 20th day of month Director is main culprit in office politics. There is no employee benefits in the company. Director does not know what he is developing. Mostly he do what others says, He never use his mind. Their is no job security after you join. Director can terminate you in 10 days because of short of budget

Company is good for freshers but Most of the negative comment made by there employee itself like Irfan he also made so many negative comment and provoke other to do the same fun fact he is still working there drawings Salary from company he thought company will never fire him because the are having lack of employees right now.
