It is a good company for freshers to start a career in cyient. Whoever staying for longer period, there is no benefits like salary hikes and any perks. When coming to work life of balance, it depends on manager skill set and whoever managing the customer with proper skill . In most cases in my experience, no work life of balance in cyient and it varies from project to project. Even though , if we put lot of energy and time into the project , there is no recognition and appreciation. Coming to onsite offers, purely it comes to you based on luck and internal politics will be there. My suggestion is choose your best to get succeded and take decision based on your need. Work from home in general, good people to work with.

No growth, no work life balance, highly stressful, no support system, no appraisals, bad compensation plan for variable, focus on increasing profit by exploiting employee compensations, unrealistic goals.

The only thing I like, they have multiple Projects with different Service Lines (Manufacturing, Design, Health care, Civil, Mechanical, Mining, ETC )

...or long term, because Less salary than other companies,and really low appraisal. There no benefit, no bonus, no diwali gift, and many more thing

The management doesnt have any clue about what to do with the resources. They hire for projects when it is needed and will give you the maximum salary but when the project is finished they will take no time to fire you. The projects they get are mostly short-term. No long term plan with the employees( Mostly 1 year and some cases less than that). Terrible job security and work-life balance.

Work culture inside Team manager Uday venkates Kodi & his all Projects. All mangers like freshers for telicom projects. They don't have live experience about Telecom industry that's why all project left from Cyient.
