... to work in Cyient.My teammates were very friendly with me.job security is good.salary will be very punctual on the end of every month.work environment is very nice.training sessions are very good.

Have to work for 12hours in a day.work load is very heavy.pl's and ppl's were very terrible. they don't even think that how girls will travel at night time.

Ya I not Satisfied At all Because Salary Growth Is Very Less I Didn’t Think About Appraisal Also Because No Variation Before and After, And Politics Was Common In any Industry Like In Cyinet also... No Job Security

The only thing I like, they have multiple Projects with different Service Lines (Manufacturing, Design, Health care, Civil, Mechanical, Mining, ETC )

No job security Company is about to bankrupt. Company is not having projects and putting employees on bench and then termination. If you have 2 offer letter keep Cyient as 2nd and if you have 10 offer letter keep Cyient as 10th option.
