No growth, no work life balance, highly stressful, no support system, no appraisals, bad compensation plan for variable, focus on increasing profit by exploiting employee compensations, unrealistic goals.

Timely salary, opportunity based on potential and performance, supportive colleagues, employee friendly policies, safe and secure work place, freedom of expression culture, risk taking culture______ there are lot many

A bit of politics, more cross functional team based culture needed,

The only thing I like, they have multiple Projects with different Service Lines (Manufacturing, Design, Health care, Civil, Mechanical, Mining, ETC )

...or long term, because Less salary than other companies,and really low appraisal. There no benefit, no bonus, no diwali gift, and many more thing

The management doesnt have any clue about what to do with the resources. They hire for projects when it is needed and will give you the maximum salary but when the project is finished they will take no time to fire you. The projects they get are mostly short-term. No long term plan with the employees( Mostly 1 year and some cases less than that). Terrible job security and work-life balance.

Work culture inside Team manager Uday venkates Kodi & his all Projects. All mangers like freshers for telicom projects. They don't have live experience about Telecom industry that's why all project left from Cyient.
