Well,first and foremost, I would say that company's overall reputation drew me in. I've been in gis field for almost 3 years and Cyient company has always been an industry leader in innovation. I've had few friends who were working here and they've always raved about the atmosphere of professionalism. I look forward to being in a place that continually demands excellence while still allowing a healthy and positive work environment

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.sometimes, I have to work 12 hours. I do receive appreciations emails from my TL's, but they mostly go unnoticed during my appraisals.

It will.be a experience for core engineer to feel how IT culture will be is while working in cyient.

...any, there will be a big language issue untill unless you know hindi and telugu. Increment is 6% of your salary. And if there is no job available they will put you in pool, and you will be idle and they will ask us to learn any software to survive there. Work culture is good. But here guiding is very difficult, all the work you do will be charged on hourly basis. Skill development isn't possible. Everything will be operated in teams for everything.

No job security, one day they will say to resign without any prior notice. Salary will be good but no job security. If anyone coming to cyient because of high package please don't come ,with two or three months you will be thrown out even if you are skilled also.

Work from home in general, good people to work with.

No growth, no work life balance, highly stressful, no support system, no appraisals, bad compensation plan for variable, focus on increasing profit by exploiting employee compensations, unrealistic goals.

The only thing I like, they have multiple Projects with different Service Lines (Manufacturing, Design, Health care, Civil, Mechanical, Mining, ETC )

...or long term, because Less salary than other companies,and really low appraisal. There no benefit, no bonus, no diwali gift, and many more thing
