Work culture inside Team manager Uday venkates Kodi & his all Projects. All mangers like freshers for telicom projects. They don't have live experience about Telecom industry that's why all project left from Cyient.

Many… Politics Poor salary For foreign location mentality of managers are still Indian convert every expense into rupees they don’t understand that earn in dollar and spend in dollars Cheap mentality mangers Lot of doggy in financials

Depending on the Middle Level Management you report to, the Work Life Balance will be determined. Job Security is good as they move Employees to bench for significant amount of time if their project is over or company loses that project. WFH allowed for short intervals if you need to be in your hometown.

...on by the L1 and L2 Managers. So internal career Opportunities become limited. Salary and benefits growth very limited for telecom sector. On Site Opportunities only given after you have worked in the company usually for over 4 years.

Corporate management is good and salary Provided timely and learning skills also good.

1.Poor management . 2.Forced by managers to coming on weekends and extend shift timing to 2 hours. 3.language wise is not good for non telugu guys since they provided training in Telugu.official language is telugu. 4.Management is biased with north Indian Associate.They treat him like an freshers. 5.Personnel life will be unbalanced with their horrifying work culture.
