Pathetic work culture . No skill improvement. No facilities u have to pay for cup of coffee. No growth at all. Managers do imotional blackmail. Partiality is at pick , who does actual work is getting banana in hand.

salary is less when compared to competition, very low appraisals, politics there will wearied shift timings even if your job don't require that shift timings you are forced to come at that timings which will defiantly affect your health and there will be no transportation available from company nor they will provide allowance

As an employee you can get the work and also you can also have the time to learn more about what you want to learn. For software people you can learn a lot if you are a enthusiastic person to know more.

They are paying to employees with low salaries compared to the other companies. They are providing very few benefits to the company

The only thing I like, they have multiple Projects with different Service Lines (Manufacturing, Design, Health care, Civil, Mechanical, Mining, ETC )

...or long term, because Less salary than other companies,and really low appraisal. There no benefit, no bonus, no diwali gift, and many more thing

The management doesnt have any clue about what to do with the resources. They hire for projects when it is needed and will give you the maximum salary but when the project is finished they will take no time to fire you. The projects they get are mostly short-term. No long term plan with the employees( Mostly 1 year and some cases less than that). Terrible job security and work-life balance.
