The department I work has a healthy environment. Company encourages you to learn whole new ranges of skills. Good company to enhance your knowledge, seniors are very easy to work with.

Dislikes

The client we work with are US based, so sometime we have stretch to meet client meetings, little less work life balance. Second thing is company good to gain experience, one should not expect high compensation & benefits.

I lost my job after 14 years. There is no importance for seniority. My package is 7.9 lack. Same work juniors are doing with minimum 10lack package. Top management have created quality head position in BT. Quality head is creating problem to BT.

Cyient experience not usefull. For learning there is no possibilities. Technical growth not here.

Company is a good place to start if you don't get any other job. You can upgrade your skills by joining some course while working here.

Pay is the first thing and secondly too many managers in my department, not sure about whole company.

If you proved yourself then you will get opportunity to work in all new and critical projects irrespective of your experience in Cyient. WIthin short pan of time, I got chance to work with three major projects at a time.

Dislikes

Compensation and benefits. I agree that every organizatio will run for profit at the same time, hard working employees also expect some compensation. I left this organization because of this reason. My manager often says to me for every appraisal that no revenue growth in Cyient so dont expect anything. How employees can work without expect any increment or promotion ? Not meant that every year promotion, atleast when it is necessary that time should consider and promote people to next level.

It will.be a experience for core engineer to feel how IT culture will be is while working in cyient.

...any, there will be a big language issue untill unless you know hindi and telugu. Increment is 6% of your salary. And if there is no job available they will put you in pool, and you will be idle and they will ask us to learn any software to survive there. Work culture is good. But here guiding is very difficult, all the work you do will be charged on hourly basis. Skill development isn't possible. Everything will be operated in teams for everything.
