...r, it's a little bit better to learn!! yes, job security good but no appraisals. if you want to enjoy then join, don't join if you want to grow yourself professionally and salary-wise. we have to work on Saturdays and holidays even it's off.

No appraisals especially(500 rupees per year), and a lot of partialities like gender and region-based, there is no career growth and no innovation facts,

I dislike about salary. This like don't have an all projects,some projects we don't have an a increments r hike. Transport will charge.

You'll get to learn alot in short span of time as you'll have to do too much of work. Work environment will depend on which department you work in, I worked in a department that had quiet knowledgeable people and helped me learn a lot.

Dislikes

Work culture and management are terrible. Salary is lowest if you are joining in as fresher and compensation if you switch are terrible. Forget work life balance as there is no such thing while you work in Cyient. You are expected to work on weekends and thats not even your choice.

It will.be a experience for core engineer to feel how IT culture will be is while working in cyient.

...any, there will be a big language issue untill unless you know hindi and telugu. Increment is 6% of your salary. And if there is no job available they will put you in pool, and you will be idle and they will ask us to learn any software to survive there. Work culture is good. But here guiding is very difficult, all the work you do will be charged on hourly basis. Skill development isn't possible. Everything will be operated in teams for everything.

Everybody know that you are paid less and nobody wants to listen to you. Everybody is paid less but displays huge profits every year.

Nothing is likely in Cyient, nothing works as per standard in Cyient. Worst company please never join if you are not offered good salary.
