You'll get to learn alot in short span of time as you'll have to do too much of work. Work environment will depend on which department you work in, I worked in a department that had quiet knowledgeable people and helped me learn a lot.

Work culture and management are terrible. Salary is lowest if you are joining in as fresher and compensation if you switch are terrible. Forget work life balance as there is no such thing while you work in Cyient. You are expected to work on weekends and thats not even your choice.

Cyient is very supportive & user friendly, but the main issue is in lower level management system. I can't understand why cyient hired them who cannot be friendly with the associates and not having actual managing skill. Apart from that cyient is a perfect IT company to learn more and more endlessly.

Worst in Apprisal process and without any fixed (Loaded with full Politics/ Partiality between same level associate). When The work load is in top notch If so & so associate extended their time for project to deliver on time but the manager's do not value an individual's unique strengths and hopelessly there is no extra pay for that. This things I ever experienced very badly in my career.
