The first and foremost thing that I like working here is the kind of people whom I work with and the culture. It is total fun and at the same time a lot of learning on the job. Freedom to bring in ideas, opportunities to build processes from scratch, flexible work hours are few of other positives of working here. Other notable things are elaborate lunches, attractive Diwali gift and regular team dinners!

Dislikes

They could bring in more R&R to motivate the team. And more branding!

Likes

- Fun place with lot of supportive colleagues - Ability to learn and work on cutting edge technologies especially in the realm of cyber crisis management - Very cool work environment - I like the team's mindset around following development best practices and the effort and focus put in to do it the right way

Dislikes

- Not many rewards / recognition program - Limited happy hour sessions

Likes

It's a pleasure to be working with the great minded people who are more grounded and supportive. It's fun-filled culture and the flat hierarchy which enable everyone to reach anyone and share their thoughts. Yummy lunch will be provided and ofcourse it will be of employees preferred dishes.
