...sues so far as they r cool with it provided u have genuine reason for the leave. Moreover, I was least expecting any Diwali bonus and gift as I had not completed my 6 months but still I got it and to my surprise, I got more than what I expected. I m grateful to the company for that. The only thing I feel is that we should get off on Saturday as well as we need atleast 2 days to complete our pending work and for work- life balance as a happy employee is a productive employee Overall, I m very happy and thankful.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

I would say It was a blunder joining this hotel group. They are not a company but a company of jokers. The MD of the group is physcopath. To the hospitality professionals it is advisable to avoid joining this group they will ruin your career.

A bunch of baboons have created this group where there is one eyed baboon boss and other baboons make them feel like he is the king. He only listen to them. Highly unprofessional, un experienced and uneducated corporate team. The MD of the group is a mad man shouting on top of his voice infront of everyone purposely to show himself as the real boss. He will not listen to you and never find any solution to your problems. This group and it's team is looting the poor hotel owners. They will ask the General Manager to make owner do all type of purchasing from their vendors and if owner deny they will make your life hell. 1. There Operations and Development head - this man is a big thug looting both Hotel owner and the group. You can't cross this person to approach group MD as general manager if you do this this person will make sure you are out of this group. Every hotel purchasing is decided by this Crook. 2. Corporate Chef - If you are a preopening hotel this person will join you before three months. He is the most cunning and dhrut person. Slowly slowly he will take everything out of you and inform all the hotel activities to the MD. He will show like he is the only person who is really serious about opening of the hotel. 3. Training Head - He is the most disgusting, dirty, unprofessional, illiterate person. Your female employees are not safe from this person. He will ask girls about their personal life. He will send them personal messages at middle of the night. He will use words such as - "you are not here for your honeymoon" to the female employees. Makes sexiest remarks. When he get to know that this girl will make a complaint or she is not showing any intrest this person will make sure that person will not work in this group. This group is full of politics. Where a unit have don't have any rights to take any decision. You can't even take a room booking also. Most of their properties are getting deflaged and I am sure very soon this group will not have a single Property. I would suggest all the hospitality professionals not to join this group.
