Flexible timings and on time salary.
Dislikes
...reer and they won't help you much as they fear their position will be replaced.
2) You have to be bootlicker to get promotions and good salary hike.
3) Internal politics is at its best. Many deserving employees had left just because of that.
4) You can become product owner with just 3 to 5 years of work experience a that too being non-technical.

HR team is very good and supportive

-Owner is giving just excuses to not to do increment and till one year no increment is given, he expects employees to work and expect nothing in return.
-wrong decisions leadership hiring are suffered by employees and they are not paid increments on time
-non performing employees are supported by leadership team and the new employees are difficult to sustain the system.
- technical leadership team is very poor and not supportive, no new person can sustain in the system so donot join here
- CFO doesnt mind his business and is not aware about the company's finances and is just interfering in others matters
- the director is not able to see clear picture of business losses in products and keep on favoring the product team and some favorites' employees in products, employees are suffering because of no increments
- there are no new projects in the company and sales team is full of attitude and arrogance
- no one is questioning the underperformers and only the people who are earning for the organization and giving their best are questioned
-old l1 team is taking advantage of director and he is not aware about the same and they are not technically sound as well to guide you towards future roadmap
- there is no KRA given by the leads even after discussion at organization level poor l1 team
- There is no job security you can be asked to go any time, even if you have spend 20 years with organization, there is no value of the loyalty to the organization
They cut 10% salary of working people and 50% salary of employees who are on bench, even they reduced more than 300 people from the starting of Covid-19, they laid off those people who work till late night during weekdays, work on saturday and sunday just because they were on bench at the time of pandemic, they don't value your work and dedication.they pause leave encashment, increment, leave reimbursement all for a specific time period.that specific time period they know only.they don't have ethics and transperancy.they buy awards, name, fame to be highlighted in a market.on paper, it's a cmmi 3 company but they are not following any standards and process, worst managers and worst management I have ever seen in my life.don't go by the labels of the company and cmmi level.I think that anyone should not waste his time to work over here.
Here, good is worst only, oldy project managers, managers who are not techies, they know to play politics only.

It's based on the product based project or service based project. If you get the product based project then you have to learn in the project in the limited scope
...uratism, partiality for Gujrati employees. Promotions given to Gujratis only.
4. Asking employees to resign forcefully without giving 3 months salary as per standard company policies.
5. Discriminating employees with less knowledge due to lack of training, demotivation, insults.
6. Will have to work after hours and holidays, Sundays.
