Dear sir I dislike because In Cyfuture Management is not good because waha lift nahi chalu huva hain and salary bhoth kam hain old logo ko New joiners ko Acchi salary hain and Dekha jaye toh canteen ki bhoth issue hain And Bolu Toh TL and Quality Wale ko bhaer se hyer karre ho jab ki kitne purane log waha kam karre hain because woh log ka education mayene rakhta experience nahi eshke liye yeah company Mere jarurat tak ho sakta hain pr shayad mujhe promotion ka nahi ho sakta hume commitment kiya gaya 6 months main tu me promote kiya jayega but yaha kisi ko promote nahi kiya jata joh 5 saal Cyfuture main kiya usse nahi kiya gaya toh toh hume kya kiya jayega So please Thoda employees pe dhayan doh Dear Cyfuture

Hr wont respond properly if you try to reach them with queries or concerns, need to try multiple time to get in touch with them Hr People working in UP/Noida location feel they are govt employees, process is dead slow
