Dear sir I dislike because In Cyfuture Management is not good because waha lift nahi chalu huva hain and salary bhoth kam hain old logo ko New joiners ko Acchi salary hain and Dekha jaye toh canteen ki bhoth issue hain And Bolu Toh TL and Quality Wale ko bhaer se hyer karre ho jab ki kitne purane log waha kam karre hain because woh log ka education mayene rakhta experience nahi eshke liye yeah company Mere jarurat tak ho sakta hain pr shayad mujhe promotion ka nahi ho sakta hume commitment kiya gaya 6 months main tu me promote kiya jayega but yaha kisi ko promote nahi kiya jata joh 5 saal Cyfuture main kiya usse nahi kiya gaya toh toh hume kya kiya jayega So please Thoda employees pe dhayan doh Dear Cyfuture

I have worked here 2 year and the company is very good hr team and seniors is very supportive till you do job there

There is nothing to like about it.

There are lots of things I don't like about working here- 1. No holiday leaves. 2. No satisfactory salary increment. 3. Work-life balance is terrible. 4. No mobile use during working hours. 5. No timely payment; sometimes it takes two months to get the salary. 6. No proper leave. 7. Salary is very low as compared to other companies.

Nothing is good in this company to show, everything is hell.

Dislikes

Management and HR department is very irresponsible ,salary credits late on every month . If you work in this company you have to suffer to take salary as well, and when you'll complain about delaying or about anything to your superior the talk very badly and shows that they are king and you beggar. Literally I feel like beggar when salary not in time. Never join this company , as I am waiting to complete FNF formality but HR didn't give response and also Manager is quiet. No leave, No benefits, No increment, No social life, No recognition, I have more words to write but ending with mentioning few things ,which are need to highlight. ****NEVER RUIN YOUR FUTURE ,BY JOINING THIS COMPANY*****

During the lockdown it was terrible here. We were asked to come to office failing which they said they cannot continue with that person. Then they offered to work from home. Only thing is that they paid full amount for the work done. But we were forced to come to office and also there was no proper sanitization in the company.

Dislikes

There management is worse. If you are absent for one they cut a salary of 1.5day. There is always delay in salary. Your leave combos will be pending but they will not allow you to take.
