My team leader is good, office politics is low because most of the people are kind hearted.

Dislikes

The salary and appraisals and how you're expected to work all of the 8 hours and 15 minutes as if you are a robot who does not get tired. And saturdays are working.

There are multiple cons the company possess: 1. Salary and promotions are really poor. 2. No work-life balance. 3. Toxic Work culture and unnecessary policies, one says to split the bug bounty amount in half with the company. 4. Improper overtime bonus. 5. Service Agreement

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
