They make work employees like a donkey. There is a fixed time to come but u will not know when u will go back to home. I experienced Peoples working there for many years are not satisfied with anything.just they are working because they are not confident where they will get another job related to their skills. Their lifes are miserable.

Overall Projects are Good & always work on new R&D devlopment projects, have good experience, as no repeat same work, always work on new challanging task, projects. Management Team also good. Work new technology.

Not like to highlight here, but some department like in controls doesn't have salary packages with respect overall industry/same profile & experience. Agreed upon key persons have good package, but think on supporting team also plays an important role. Hope so, think on same. That things will be corrected in current year. New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
