They make work employees like a donkey. There is a fixed time to come but u will not know when u will go back to home. I experienced Peoples working there for many years are not satisfied with anything.just they are working because they are not confident where they will get another job related to their skills. Their lifes are miserable.

No fixed time for working. Too much politics within departments. Very less salary pay

The projects they take are verychallenging and knowledge gaining.Earlier it was good for working but now it has become very cheap class bcoz of worst management.

Dislikes

You will not get job security here.They can kick you out the next moment.Even after completing 12 months they don't give confirmation.And after taking your precious time they kick you out.They hire for individual projects and after its completion You will be fired.14 hrs working all the time.

Lots of things to learn here as i joined there in controls department.Loads of work means u have to do all kind of jobs related to your department even wiring,soldering .You will definetely not get time for your family,friends and personal life.

This is the best company for any fresher who wants to make his profile in Industrial automation field. There is a variety of company's product's (automation machineries) with different PLC's and HMI's used. Very good learning experience at different and challenging client sites. You get to travel different cities and explore yourself, and get matured in very positive manner.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me.
