No compensation , Growth slow. No Salary increment , have not get my october'21 salary . do not receive any appreciation from the 2 directors which is pain some times.

What do I like? I love it all. It’s currently been 3 months that I am a part of Cyber Family, and undoubtedly, I am grateful that I got selected. I don’t feel like an employee here, in fact I feel like a student. My boss and seniors, has made me learn things which I was not aware of and they continue to educate on the trend, so that we never even lack as an individual. Can’t forget my amazing colleagues of course, they too play a huge role in my work life!❤️

The management is not professional. They don't provide official documents on time. There is no holiday list. They can change your already announced holiday just 1 or 2 days before, as per their moods. They don't give holiday on 2nd October, Gandhi B'day. You can't work freely with your strategy, they will interfere in your work and force you to do as per them even if they don't have any knowledge about that particular area of work. The management is very rude and rough. They even attack you personally (comment on your life and family).
