...ptops for work from home 3. Employee harrasment is done with non sense things 4. Salary growth is very low and your variable pay will be consumed all the time 5. Poor infrastructure with broken chairs and 90's monitors 6. No work life balance 7. Poor practices followed 8. Strict Floor hours 9. For home, on screen time is captured 10. There is no compensation for additional worked hours 11. Poor quality trainings

Very good company to work with. Lots of learning opportunities. Company conducts engagement and sports activities throughout the year. Good company for freshers. The coolest thing about Cybage is that employees are treated like family members.

Dislikes

Coming to salary, company will offer good salary package to hire people. But once hired they won't give good hike on next appraisal ( sometimes 0%).

...es ,we need to complete 8 hrs in office like desk time which is very difficult . If we opt for PWFH they cut convenience from salary which is a good amount

...n emergency cases then there is no any flexibility, employee have to take leave. PWFH policy is there but it is deducting 15% salary.
