Nothing as such. Everything is great. Just one thing i don't like is Inhand salary is little less as compared to CTC, But i think it is an case with other company as well.

Not a single policy is employee centric all are employer centric.if you join with good package then forget about appraisal for next two years(as they says your package is high we will not give you hike ) even if you are top performer in the team.no process for project (at least mine one).for experience people I suggest not to join

Even during this pandemic situation, Cybage did not fail to give variable pay to employees.

During this pandemic, the first thing you can expect from an IT company is to provide "work from home" but Cybage failed tribally here, and forcing its employees to work from office (not all employees).

...ns saying poor performance without a single warning. No promotion since 2 years. Salary hike is really poor 1-5 % only. Managers is like hell they have no or zero knowledge of the projects they are handling. They hire as Developer and gave role of Support on papers and get the work of Developer and ask us to put sign of developer in clients email.

No appraisals , no promotion, no annual bonus. All the earnings of Cybage will go to CSR activities rather than to employees who are working hard . Office politics is at its peak. No new projects
