...urting comments. Even if u complaint to HR, the HR supports the management only. And many people lost their jobs and we're in half salary even after the situation was good. Where the higher management didn't deduct a bit.

No personal growth. Many staffs are working on the same post for years and years. For Internal growth vacancies preference given to outsiders more. Increment dissatisfactory.

People here are okay okay types. Earlier the management was better and things were good. Carlson had a name in the market, also used to pay good salary but since last 5years the salary hike has stopped and growth is terrible. If I leave this organisation, I would never return...

It was such a good environment here and talking about the salary on time we got that and for personal growth they conducted a lots of programs and even celebrations in festivals also been fab so all over till now it was such a nice experience had.

Management is worst and day by day it is becoming insane.There is a heights of torture.Even a person from our team tried commiting suicide in office because of the torture from a manager call vikas anand.
