Here only seniors (TL/managers)can take leaves as per their requirement but executives can't take their leaves even if they have pending EL on bucket.Here Leave police is pathetic.Stressful work culture for a operator. Partiality is done by Tls.

Fraud company after completing target they are denying for salary, beware of this Fraud company, they will harass u and provide u fake audit score, they will make u to work for 9-10 hrs and then will hold ur salary for no reason.

Cureskin firstly is a peaceful workplace as it is WFH, And here management is very supportive and also good place to work it. Best thing here is to WFH but now started with WFO as well which is again good to vibe with team. Company working hard and achieving their goals is one of the other appreciations. Seeing company grow so fast is something that I have seen here due to their dedication and Hardwork. One of the recommended place to work.

I joined this Company almost immediately after its inception in the tech team. It is a very pleasant ride as the free and down to earth attitude of the mangement has helped me grow a lot. You are your own Boss, you have to take the ownership of your work forcing employees to keep raising the bar higher when it comes to perfomance. The challenges of start- up keeps you on your toes and I hope I will continue to gain professionally at Cureskin as the company scales.
