The management of this company is very good, salary is received on time and if there is any issue, it is resolved on a complaint.

Dislikes

If any customer files a wrong complaint, then at that time we do not have any option to tell whether this is a fake complaint due to which our complaint gets increased and the refund amount also increases.

I don't like anything here, This organization should band in india as per company policy there is 5 day's working but management wat all employees should work 7 days 24*7 i have never seen this kind of behaviour in any organisation

Dislikes

No work balance need to available 14*7, very poor and worst organisation, no promotion and variable pay was mentioned on my offer letter but not provided to any employee

Management is good. Work Culture is Awesome. Office Environment is Superb.

Dislikes

Less Salary for MIS Jobs. No Job Security. No Permanent Job. No On role. 3rd Party Pay roll, 6 months Job extensions. No Hikes, No Promotions. ( These are all for only MIS jobs) I don't know why? I think Swiggy HR'S is not considering MIS jobs or candidates seriously. Using and throwing kind of mentality.

If you're working in Sales then Swiggy is the place to be. Salary based on your experience is at par with market standards and work culture is amazing. There are various perks and reimbursement associated with the job and incentives are there. Work life balance is good in this job role and the best thing is that there is cubicle-less culture which means your L1, L2 managers and even your city head work next to you and can be approached for any and all sorts of advices and discussions. Cheers!

Informal work environment. Weekends off. Good salary, better incentives. Good work life balance.

Dislikes

No job security hence I attrition ratio. Company doesn't consider profitability of restaurant partners, only itself. Hence some targets given to sales managers are harmful to the restaurants.

Predatory practices by Swiggy to mislead customers

I was ordering on Swiggy and I noticed the app added a tip by itself. I unchecked the 'Add this tip automatically to future orders' box and cleared my cart to see if it gets added again, and what do I see? I see the tip had been added again! I closed the app and tried to add to cart from a different restaurant and same story was repeated. My issue is not tips here but the sneaky way Swiggy tried to add a tip on it's own without my consent and every time I built my cart again, it added a tip automatically even though the add tip to future orders box was left unchecked. If one is not vigilant, one may end up paying a tip on their orders. Also, the uncheck box is not visible directly, one has to tap on price breakdown to see a tip has been added without their consent, click on Tip and unselect the tip and uncheck the box. This is really pathetic!🤦‍♂️
