This company is uncertain on what is the goal they are trying to achieve. The failures of other departments which take their work for grunted are thrown to the department which takes their work very seriously... Fake promises is one big issue from the management.
... is not going to help but should also be able to retain and keep members on Job. They fire members without any notice or intimation with no salary compensation.
