No KRA given by reporting manager, worst co workers, non transparency in work, seems person involved in outsourcing Avant are involved in money laundering and reporting managers also knows that but then too they don't have the guts to question which means they are also more or less involved in it.. Worst experience of my life..

At the beginning it was all okay till few months. I dont work for salary i just work for incentive. I do earn good sometimes.

Forget about you mental health and work life balance. No proper leave. Alot of politics. Managers will only like the one who butters and if u earn more than them forget your peace.

No words to say About that industry.. If u work to hard never Grow and Not give promotion and salary packages... prefer works not much needed of Workrs.. if u complete any new project or other tasks then if u left automatically Gived over up pressures dumping...

This company is uncertain on what is the goal they are trying to achieve. The failures of other departments which take their work for grunted are thrown to the department which takes their work very seriously... Fake promises is one big issue from the management.
