I'm working with franchise partner no job security here, they are not increasing our salary, in fact it's almost been 1 and half year.

No words to say About that industry.. If u work to hard never Grow and Not give promotion and salary packages... prefer works not much needed of Workrs.. if u complete any new project or other tasks then if u left automatically Gived over up pressures dumping...

Best part is only salary on time and flexible timings

This company is uncertain on what is the goal they are trying to achieve. The failures of other departments which take their work for grunted are thrown to the department which takes their work very seriously... Fake promises is one big issue from the management.
