Can really learn center operation, multi-tasking and customer handling. Growth opportunities depends on which center you are handling and your interaction with cluster managers. Work - life balance is great once you are well-versed with the operations of assigned center. If you love customer interactions, and building a rapport with them, you can enjoy the job.

...ay daily for not completing your target for not completing your ratings and all. No salary. Salary is too less too less according to your work. Also with that you will be according to if you keep consideration of your work and we compare your salary, it would be too less. You have to do a work of rupees 2 lakh per month and you'll be getting salary of 20-25,000 per month. The upper management and your managers keep threatening you that you will be fired if you won't be able to complete your target within every 3 months right and which is not completely in your hand. If you will try your fullest then also if unfortunately it won't become true or informed come as possible to complete your target. You will be threatened timely. Is this more likely of mental torture that you won't be able to handle long period of time? Nobody stays here most of the time most of the employees as being a cult employee. Most of the employees leave the company within a year or those whoever sticks in the company for 2 to 3 years are morally involved into politics and all. That's just what I wanted to say.

Company has given the medical benefit for COVID-19. Yes, they have stopped giving salary that is fare every company does to survive in future. From March to July we receive salary without any work. That is very impressive. Company is doing everything to satisfy its all stakeholders i.e. Investor, Employees, Customers.

...lutely not safe for women because you are expected to be at the center before 5.30am and mark attendance failing to which will lead to salary deduction. Evening you will be expected to stay back till 9pm minimum. No cab facilities will be given and they assure reimbursement but you're lucky if you get it - Very unorganized timings. Can plan on anything because you will not know when you're doing morning shift or evening shift and thrice a week it's double shift. No work life balance. - Your leaves don't get approved. - They will not care about your mental health or physical health. - You're expected to make sales and generate revenue and if you don't, you'll be put under training. This isn't even a sales job. Incentives that you get for that is bare minimum and your sales depends on the center which you get. - Absolutely no growth. You are just a glorified watchman there. Even if the trainer doesn't show up, you'll somehow be held responsible for that.

Great work culture. The organisation structure is flat, so if any issues arise we can directly call our senior managers.

Dislikes

Pre-Covid the compensation structure used to be good however after reopening after lockdown the salaries have reduced dratically to the point that it's hard to make rent.
