the company is run in a homely fashion where a relative works for another and this relative is actually not worth handling the position he has been given. He takes everything to personal levels and is partial to people who please him.

Nature is friendly and nice place to work for freshers and experienced.

Dislikes

Lots of Hitachi trainings we need to complete they take too often. Like Hitachi compliance and ethics, Export control (Even if we don't need this export control training)

Likes

As a fresher, you can learn under guidance of vary talented and good team leaders and team members are also friendly and of helping nature. Salaries do get on time and hikes are also good.

Dislikes

There is no excited work and what you have to do is just fix some minor issues over and over again. No agile methodology or any other workflow available. It's like you working in a family. Even you are assigned for a particular role, you end up doing any work which is not even your domain sometimes. If as a fresher you need to learn about professionalism and work culture then please don't join.
