I am working last 12 years At Cummins Dealership and Looking Coal mining Area At Mahanadi Coal field Limited. I have learn All Cummins Families in this field. I got training HHP and Quantum Series engines. I know how to parts business developed in field and convince to customer for Cummins product.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening.

Company culture and environment is good. Skill development and learning is good. Salary is above average. Can switch internally in any profile.

Work life balance is very poor, specially for control engineers in maintenance. Work load is high, and never ending. it is a 5days working company but not in reality, specially for any maintenance guy. Everything depends on your visibility, others' feedback......! not your skill.
