Additionally, the maximum salary hike of 12% per year feels inadequate in light of the high expectations and workload placed on Junior Shop Managers.

Good Brand name in market. Customer giving preferences over other competitors in the market. Work life balance will be biy challenging, but Hybrid work culture makes the things in easy way.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming fir chilling. Company policies are good.
